Speedy Bilservice in Malmö is now looking for an independent team player who always puts the customer and service first. As a mechanic with us, you have no problem working with several different car brands. We are now looking for a driven, self-starting, and curious mechanic for our workshop. We believe that you, as an applicant, are technically knowledgeable, communicative, and proud of your profession. When working as a car mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with the customer and therefore need the ability to build long-term customer relationships. The position involves servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting on passenger cars and light trucks from most brands. Part of the role will also involve working in the customer reception area.

To be considered for the role, we look for the following qualifications:

• A burning interest in technology and vehicle mechanics
• Documented relevant education
• At least 5 years of documented experience working as a vehicle mechanic
• Good administrative skills and computer literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Good organizational skills

A minimum of a Category B driver's license is required. You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork skills, and can work under time pressure. You pick up new instructions easily, and we consider it a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense for service.

This is a full-time position. We apply a six-month probation period followed by a permanent contract and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
