About Nexer Engineering

Within the business area Nexer Engineering, we collaborate with industry-leading companies and specialize in product development and manufacturing. Our primary focus is on assignments within the defense sector, automotive industry, and energy sector, covering expertise areas ranging from system development and embedded systems to electronics, mechanics, and production technology.

As a consultant, you are employed by Nexer and placed in assignments as a Systems Engineer. Here, you play a crucial role in the development of high-tech systems and products. This may involve leading technical feasibility studies or investigations within both development and production. You need to have an understanding of full systems within software or design, where requirements specification, design, testing, and documentation are a natural part of the work. Who we are looking for

To succeed in the role of Systems Engineer, we believe you have several years of experience in system development, combined with an educational background in technical physics, electrical engineering, or a similar field. This is a senior role; we would like you to be a communicative and solution-oriented person with a strong interest in technology, and that you keep up with the latest technical advancements.

We would appreciate experience with:

• System and hardware development – requirements specification, design, testing, and documentation
• Involvement in or leading feasibility studies and technical investigations
• Working according to lean/agile methods in cross-functional teams
• Providing expert support to development and production
• At least 8 years of total experience
• Previous experience as a team lead or delivery manager in projects

As a consultant, you are employed by Nexer and have your home office with us in Stockholm, where the door is always open regardless of the assignment's location. Our clients require Swedish citizenship and fluency in Swedish.
