We are now looking for a fully licensed nurse (100%) for Villa Stallgången in Eskilstuna.

We are a nursing home with 60 beds – 30 dementia beds and 30 somatic beds – where quality, security, and respect for the individual are at the center.

An important and independent role

As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the operations. You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care efforts and have overall responsibility for ensuring safe and high-quality care.

You are responsible for following medical orders, conducting regular risk assessments and follow-ups, and working systematically with quality assurance. The role involves great freedom to plan and structure your workday, while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues and management.

Teamwork with short decision paths

At Villa Stallgången, you work in a multiprofessional team together with care assistants, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, group managers, and activity educators.

An important part of your role is to mentor and coach the care staff in health and medical matters. Together, you create the best conditions for each resident's quality of life.

We have close leadership and short decision paths. Your manager is available in daily operations, and one of the nurses is part of the local management group, providing good opportunities to influence the development of the operations.
