In the role of Project Buyer, you are a key player who makes a real difference. You negotiate project-specific purchase orders based on agreed terms and price lists, and you ensure that the company's guidelines and purchasing policies are followed. You work closely with your colleagues and drive continuous improvements. The work involves an exciting mix of strategic relationship building, where you maintain contact with suppliers and ensure they meet agreed delivery precision, as well as more operational problem-solving where you proactively communicate and handle any delivery challenges.

Responsibilities
Your main tasks:
- Negotiate project-specific purchase orders and be responsible for creating and managing them.
- Establish, maintain, and formalize communication with suppliers.
- Follow up and ensure that suppliers meet agreed delivery precision.
- Collaborate closely with others on purchasing-related tasks and drive continuous business improvement.
- Communicate any delivery issues that may affect operations.
- Take an active role in the company's exciting digitalization journey.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we see that you have previous experience in purchasing and are comfortable working in the SAP system. You have strong commercial and financial awareness and are flexible enough to quickly adapt to varying demands from operations and customers.
As a person, you excel at building effective and positive relationships with both colleagues and suppliers. You have good communication and negotiation skills, are analytical, and have a documented strong ability to solve problems. Additionally, you are skilled at managing your time effectively, prioritizing the right tasks, and achieving your set goals.
Requirements for the position also include a good ability to express yourself fluently in both English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
