OBOS Nya Hem is now looking for a system-savvy Business Controller for a longer-term fixed-term position. In this role, you will work closely with the operations and contribute with analysis and quality assurance to ensure well-founded decisions.

You will be part of a finance team of five people, reporting to the Finance Manager, and collaborating closely with project managers. OBOS Nya Hem has a strong project portfolio with several exciting development projects, including Stadsljus, where you will play a central role in monitoring and developing the profitability of the projects. You will act as a link between the projects and the finance department.

The office is located in Solna, and hybrid work opportunities are offered.

The fixed-term position starts as soon as possible and runs until September 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure good financial management in projects together with project managers
• Monitor, analyze, and quality-assure calculations and forecasts
• Act as a sparring partner to project managers and company management
• Responsible for liquidity planning and management of construction credit facilities
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reporting
• Further develop working methods, routines, and BI support (Power BI)
• Prepare analysis and presentation material for management
• Contribute to transactions and financial settlements related to projects

We are looking for you who:

• Have an academic degree in economics (Cand.Econ or equivalent)
• Have a few years of experience as a controller or auditor
• Have good experience in analysis, monitoring, and financial management
• Have very good skills in Excel
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Merits:

• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar systems
• Experience working in a Nordic environment
