Do you want a central role in a business where service, structure, and customer focus are at the center? SNAPPHANETRUCK AB is now looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the daily work in the service department. You will become a key link between customers, technicians, and spare parts, with a focus on creating a smooth and professional service flow. You will also work closely with a colleague in daily operations to jointly ensure high service quality and good structure within the company.

About the role

As a Service Coordinator, you will:

• Plan and distribute work to service technicians
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding service and repairs
• Follow up on work orders and ensure quality and delivery times
• Coordinate spare parts and workshop flow
• Work administratively in the business system Pyramid
• Contribute to the development and improvement of service processes

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in service management, workshops, aftermarket, or similar work
• Are structured and have good planning skills
• Enjoy customer contact and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Are solution-oriented and responsible
• Have good computer skills
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
