We are looking for new colleagues and vacation substitutes for our assistant groups in Kalmar

Are you a woman, speak and understand Swedish very well, and are looking for a meaningful, varied, and mobile job? Then this might be the job for you!

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the daily life of people with physical disabilities. You are there as a helping hand and support in both major and minor tasks. The duties vary and can include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and household chores such as cooking, baking, cleaning, and laundry. Gardening is also included for some clients.

The job also involves accompanying clients to work and other activities, which means you sometimes need to simply "be there" and be on hand. Driving is part of the role, for example, for commuting, errands, and outings – therefore, a valid driver's license is required.

Working hours are mainly scheduled around the clock with some waiting time, following a rotating schedule. If you have the possibility to start immediately as a temporary hourly substitute and step in when regular staff is absent, this is highly appreciated.
