Are you a CNC operator who thrives in a technologically advanced production environment where precision and quality are paramount? We are now looking for an engaged and responsible CNC operator for a contract position with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will work with complex machining in modern machines where accuracy, structure, and safety are crucial. You will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues to ensure stable and efficient production.

We are looking for you who want to contribute to high quality in the manufacturing process and enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner in a workshop environment.

As a CNC operator, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Programming and setup of CNC machines
• Ensuring production is carried out according to plan
• Performing self-inspections of manufactured parts
• Marking and documentation after completed operations
• Reporting deviations and contributing improvement suggestions
• Carrying out preventive maintenance according to established routines
• Ensuring correct information transfer during shift changes
• Handling waste and chemicals according to current guidelines
• Contributing to resource-efficient production through responsible use of materials and energy
• Participating in other workshop-related tasks as needed

• Experience working as a CNC operator
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Experience with programming and setup of CNC machines
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Meticulous and quality-conscious in your work approach

• Experience from the workshop industry or heavy production
• Experience with improvement work in a production environment

Conditions

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us and work on behalf of our client. The assignment is planned to start as soon as possible or according to agreement.

The work involves shift work.
