About the role:

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will have overall responsibility for our installation projects. You will plan and lead the work, working closely with our installation teams to ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The role involves both operational and administrative tasks, and you will serve as a crucial link between the field teams and company management. You will also collaborate closely with customers and subcontractors.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and planning projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Leading and distributing tasks for the installation team.
• Coordinating and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring projects are executed according to our high quality standards.
• Working towards a safe and secure working environment for everyone involved in the projects.

Start date: According to agreement

Location: Gothenburg

Salary: According to agreement

Who are you? We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience from the solar cell or electrical industry. You are a natural leader who has the ability to engage and motivate others, while maintaining a structured and results-oriented work method. Your technical competence and leadership skills are crucial for ensuring project success.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in the solar cell or electrical industry.
• Experience leading personnel and driving projects forward.
• Good planning and coordination skills.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
