Job Description

AFRY is growing in tandem with our customers and is currently seeking an ambitious consulting colleague with experience and interest in investment projects within the industry. In the strive to create a safer and more sustainable world, many major investments in factories and products are currently underway. Project, Control & Management (PCM) currently consists of project managers with 0 to 25 years of experience from leading roles within the industry, and most of us are certified according to PMI or PRINCE2. We are all engineers with a genuine interest in technology at our core, but our common driving force is the desire to develop within project management and leadership.

Within PCM, we have various roles within project management, project and program control, as well as project coordination. Our competence lies primarily within production and product development. The assignments are mainly carried out at our customers' premises or in our own offices.

Qualifications

To our project management section, we are looking for you who have between 3–15 years of work experience in project management within industrial production. You hold an engineering degree, and it is meritorious if you have experience of projects in different industries, e.g., automotive, defense, and energy.

We currently see a need among our close customers who deliver advanced, technical solutions within defense, aviation, and security, focusing on development, manufacturing, and support for the global market. Therefore, we consider it meritorious if you have experience from one or more of these industries.

As a person, you are meticulous and driven with a strong technical interest. You want to create successful teams, are driven by solving challenges together with others, and you always contribute that little extra. Your ability to communicate with many different stakeholders in a professional and effective manner is important. You must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

For many of our customers, security clearance and drug testing are mandatory, which you must be comfortable with. Some assignments also require Swedish citizenship.

Our assignments are usually geographically located within the triangle of Södertälje – Västerås – Uppsala. Carrying out assignments within this geographical area is highly probable. An interest and curiosity for assignments also outside this triangle, for example through weekly commuting, is considered meritorious.
