In this role, you work closely with our customers, salespeople, project managers, and production – and become central to producing accurate, competitive quotes that drive our growth forward. About the role

As an Estimator, you work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer relations. You receive inquiries, perform calculations and create quotes, ensure everything is technically and commercially correct, and contribute directly to us closing high-quality and precise deals.

You collaborate daily with salespeople, project managers, and production, providing technical and commercial support throughout the entire quoting process. The role offers good opportunities to grow and develop within the company.

The position is based at the office in Örebro, full-time, with a start date to be agreed upon.

Your responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming customer inquiries
• Perform calculations, price estimates, and create quotes
• Ensure technically and commercially correct documentation
• Provide advice to customers and support salespeople in the business process
• Follow up on quotes and contribute to high hit rates
• Participate in the development of calculation models and working methods

Your profile

You have an electrical engineering education, preferably with a focus on power systems. You thrive close to both numbers and customers and have the ability to create structure and high quality in your work.

• Comfortable both in email and on the phone
• Experienced in working with computers and the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience within the power sector is highly meritorious. Additionally, experience with calculation work, sales, or CAD is a plus, as is a background from electricity, installation, construction, or industry. Experience with project quotes or work with public procurement is also a plus.

Hammarel AB

Hammarel is an established industrial company that manufactures low-voltage switchgear and carries out power system contracts on the Swedish market. Our customers are found in real estate, industry, installation, construction, and the public sector.

We are approximately 30 employees in Örebro and combine technical competence with close collaborations and a solution-oriented culture.
