Receptionist for an international client near Landvetter Airport
Do you want to work in an international and professional environment where service is the focus? We are now looking for a receptionist for one of our clients with a large operation near Landvetter Airport.
The client is a well-known international player with a modern facility and high demands for quality, customer service, and professionalism.
About the position
As a receptionist, you will be an important part of the client's daily operations and the company's face to the outside world. The role involves varied tasks where service, structure, and communication are central to the work. Working hours are between 08:00 - 17:00.
Examples of tasks:
- Receiving visitors and guests
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Administrative tasks
- Bookings and orders
- Supporting operations in daily work
- Ensuring the reception and common areas maintain a high standard
We are looking for you who
- Are service-minded and professional in your interactions
- Are responsible and self-motivated
- Have good administrative skills
- Thrive in an international environment
- Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English
- Have good computer skills
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration is an advantage.
Other information
The facility is located near Landvetter Airport with good bus connections. Parking is available for those who drive.
A driver's license is not a requirement but is an advantage.
