We are looking for an engaged and experienced team leader to join our team in Örebro! We believe in taking responsibility, collaboration, and showing care for colleagues and the outside world. As a team leader, you will play a central role in our operations, responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting the group to achieve set goals.
You will have overall responsibility for planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks, ensuring efficient work methods, and following up on results together with group leaders. Some coverage of absences may occur, so experience in covering shifts is required.
Your role also includes holding regular meetings with clients, providing ongoing feedback, and developing employee competence. To succeed in this role, we look for experience as a team leader or in a similar leadership position, a structured approach to work, and strong communication and inspiration skills. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive taking responsibility for both daily operations and staff development.
Qualifications
Aside from the personal qualities we seek, you must meet the basic requirements to qualify for the position:
- High school diploma
- Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in the security industry
- Category B driver's license
You must also be crime-free*, drug-free, have sound finances, and be in good health and physical condition to be employed by Avarn Security.
Meritorious qualifications include technical knowledge, additional language skills beyond Swedish and English, and previous experience working in public environments.
