About Us

Södra Larm is the heart of Hotel Flora, a vibrant boutique hotel located on Grönsakstorget in central Gothenburg. With 71 unique hotel rooms, Flora Workspace, a lounge, and our bistro seating 80 guests, an inviting bar, and outdoor seating, we offer a place where guests can meet, enjoy, and be inspired. Our restaurant has been a natural part of Gothenburg's dining scene since its opening in autumn 2021.

About the Role

We are expanding our kitchen team and are now looking for a dedicated chef who wants to create flavor experiences that guests will remember for a long time.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a chef and a burning interest in both food and people
• Thrives in a dynamic environment where collaboration with colleagues is central
• Has a strong sense of taste, details, and presentation – and loves exceeding guest expectations
• Is curious and enjoys testing new ideas and techniques, while respecting the classics
• Enjoys a fast pace and has the ability to jump in where needed – we are a tight-knit team where everyone helps out
