About the role
The role involves a combination of supervisory assignments and clinical work, where you help shape the content of your position based on your competence and experience.
You will:
- Supervise psychologists, social workers, and other professional groups within, for example, social services and psychiatry
- Work with, for example, neuropsychiatric assessments, treatment, and/or work-oriented interventions
- Contribute to the development of our assignments and working methods
- Be part of a competent and non-hierarchical team where we learn from each other
The role is flexible and is shaped in dialogue between the hiring manager and you, based on the organization's needs and your profile.
Location & working methods
The position is located in Stockholm, and you will be based at our clinic in the city center. When the assignment allows, there is an opportunity to work from home.
Travel is included, primarily within Stockholm and nearby areas, but longer trips may also occur.
About you
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with supervision training and experience in supervision. You are secure in your professional role and thrive in a consultative, varied, and development-oriented role. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements for the position
- Licensed psychologist
- Supervision training (minimum 30 ECTS/credits)
- CBT competence
- Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments
Merits for the position include psychotherapy training and experience in addiction and dependency care. We would also appreciate experience in supervising social services, as well as competence in LGBTQI+ issues and knowledge in sexology.

Recruitment process
Scope: Full-time, but part-time is possible for the right candidate
Start date: According to agreement
Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period
Salary: Fixed monthly salary
