Tybble Health Centre is a well-functioning workplace with engaged, competent, and experienced colleagues who enjoy working together and have strong cohesion. The health centre is located in the Öster district of Örebro. Our catchment area includes a university environment, suburban villas, and rural areas, which means a varied patient workload. We collaborate closely with other health centres in the Örebro Öster area. Today, we are a team of approximately 65 people, where everyone plays an important role. We have just over 20,000 registered patients, making us one of Örebro's largest health centres. We work together to provide our patients with the best possible care and a friendly reception.
Flexibility and a flat hierarchy are key parts of our work philosophy. Here, you have great opportunities to influence your working hours and tasks, all while taking significant responsibility. We continuously work to develop our services for our patients. This, in turn, means that we value and provide good opportunities for personal development.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include, among other things, telephone advice, both acute and planned patient-facing work, reception duties, medication management, and prescribing certain medications and aids. Additional responsibility tasks are distributed based on interest and experience. We also work digitally using 1177 Direkt/Clinic 24.
At our centre, you will mostly work independently with support from colleagues, but also within teams, both within your own profession and with other professional categories.
QualificationsWe are looking for you who are a licensed nurse (Legitimerad Sjuksköterska) or hold a specialist nurse degree with a focus on district nursing (Distriktssköterska). Otherwise, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are a person who is service-oriented, collaborative, and flexible. You are interested in development issues and actively participate in our work with continuous improvements.
At Tybble Health Centre, you are part of a work group where collaboration and helpfulness are important for the daily operations to function smoothly. You have an easy time creating good interactions with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the development and change projects of the organisation is seen as a natural part of your work.
ApplicationThe application should include a CV and a cover letter. Certificates, grades, diplomas, etc., should be provided if invited to an interview.
If you are or have previously been employed by Region Örebro County, we will take internal references from your current or former manager, should you become a candidate for employment.
A check of extracts from the Swedish Police Register may be conducted in accordance with current legislation.
We mobilise our permanent employees and, in some cases, fixed-term employees. Read more about what this entails.
