About the role

In this role, you will support daily operations within staffing and recruitment during the summer. The work is varied and suits you if you enjoy having many contact points, working in a structured manner, and maintaining order.

You will work closely with the team and contribute to ensuring that processes, administration, and candidate dialogues run smoothly and efficiently. The role also involves conducting initial interviews with candidates and participating in creating a professional and high-quality recruitment process.

This role is suitable for you if you are curious, solution-oriented, and want to learn more about the staffing and logistics industry.

Your responsibilities

You will among other things work with:

• Writing and publishing job ads
• Searching for and contacting candidates via phone and email
• Conducting initial interviews and candidate dialogues
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating processes
• Supporting administrative tasks
• Ensuring order and structure in systems and documentation
• Helping with follow-up and coordination in daily work
• Contributing to a professional and positive experience for candidates and colleagues

Who are you?

You are confident in human contact and have a professional manner in dialogue with candidates and colleagues. We also believe that you are curious, solution-oriented, and like to take initiative.

Your background

We would like you to have:

• Experience in administrative work, service, or staffing
• Good structure and ability to keep order in multiple processes simultaneously
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Drive and a desire to develop
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

Experience from staffing or logistics is meritorious, but not a requirement.
