Junora is one of the market's fastest-growing online auction platforms. We help companies and private individuals sell vehicles, machinery, and equipment via auction in a simple and efficient way. With around 50 employees, we are growing rapidly. Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager at Junora, your primary focus is to bring new objects to our auction platform for sale. Your first priority is direct customer processing – prospecting, contacting, visiting, and following up with customers to increase the usage of our auction platform. It is your own activity that creates results, although pre-booked meetings are available as support.
You are responsible for the entire process from first contact to publication and follow-up, guiding customers through the platform and the auction process. The role requires drive, initiative, and the ability to turn expectations into concrete business. You work independently but are part of a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing strengthen both you and your colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
- Prospecting, processing, and visiting new and existing customers across various industries.
- Conducting customer meetings and driving the entire sales process – from first contact to closing.
- Identifying and publishing customer objects on the platform.
- Building long-term relationships and ensuring recurring business.
- Actively working with field sales, networking, and cold calling.
- Following up on sales, identifying new business opportunities, and obtaining references.
- Reporting customer activities and results in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Documented experience in field sales.
- Accustomed to working against individual budgets and KPIs.
- Good system proficiency, preferably with CRM experience.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with machinery, vehicles, or construction.
- Previous work with customers in agriculture, industry, construction, or similar sectors.
