Job Description
This role involves providing technical support and user assistance in a modern IT environment. The work includes installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and user-facing systems, with a focus on ensuring a stable, efficient, and user-friendly working environment.
The role is part of a team working with both daily support and more advanced problem-solving. The tasks involve close contact with users and suppliers, as well as handling various technical issues in a dynamic environment.
This assignment is 40% in scope, and you are expected to work on-site at the client's premises in Sundbyberg/Bromma. The work schedule is Thursday and Friday between 08:00-16:30.
Responsibilities may include:
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers and mobile devices
- Providing technical support and user assistance for both simple and complex issues
- Handling incidents and service requests within onsite support and helpdesk
- Troubleshooting in client environments, user accounts, and networks
- Collaborating with other technical functions and external suppliers
- Contributing to the improvement of support processes and user experience
- Documenting solutions and support cases according to established routines
Qualifications
- Relevant technical education in IT or equivalent experience.
- At least two (2) years of experience working in IT support or onsite support.
- Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Mac environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and associated collaboration tools.
- Experience with user administration in Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
- Experience with troubleshooting in client environments, mobile devices, and networks.
- Good communication skills and experience providing support to users with varying technical questions.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 2nd line support and advanced technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with Intune, JAMF, or other client management tools.
- Experience working with M365 Copilot or AI-based support features.
- Experience working in larger organizations with many users and complex IT environments.
- Interest in new technology and modern digital workplaces.
