Egen Assistans Sweden AB is now looking for a Senior Laravel Developer to join the development of our business system, Truetime.

Truetime is a modern SaaS platform for the care industry, featuring functionalities such as:

• Scheduling
• Time reporting
• Business management
• Administration
• Personnel management
• Digital employment contracts
• Payroll integrations
• Smart workflows for care operations

We are currently developing the next generation of our system, with a focus on:

• Automation
• Intelligent planning
• AI-driven features
• Security
• Streamlining manual processes within the care industry

Among other things, we are working long-term on AI-driven features for:

• Intelligent scheduling
• Automated staffing planning
• Resource optimization
• Smart business management

This is a key role where you will have significant technical responsibility and the opportunity to influence the platform's future architecture and development.

We are building a long-term internal development team and are therefore looking for a senior developer who wants to take a central technical role in the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities

You will be working with:

• Further development of the Truetime platform
• New feature development
• System architecture
• Database management
• API development
• Security and access control solutions
• Performance and user experience optimization

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience with Laravel/PHP
• Has worked with large systems or SaaS platforms
• Has a good understanding of databases and scalable architecture
• Has experience with REST APIs
• Writes structured and sustainable code
• Has an understanding of security and access control
