For a project in Lund, we are looking for a person with experience in IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support.

As a First Line Support IT professional, you will be the first point of contact between users and the IT organization. Your responsibility is to receive, register, and handle IT-related cases, resolving common issues directly or escalating them to the appropriate function.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and register IT cases via phone, email, case portal, and drop-in visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common incidents within:
  • Workstations (Windows)
  • M365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Accounts, passwords, and permissions
  • Standard applications and peripheral equipment
  • Provide user support and guidance to end-users
  • Ensure correct classification, prioritization, and documentation of cases
  • Escalate cases to 2nd line or specialists when necessary
  • Follow up on cases until they are resolved and the user is informed

Scope:

40% of full-time employment, 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows 11
  • Knowledge of Intunes
  • Knowledge of M365
  • Knowledge of AD/Entra ID

Personal Qualities:

  • Service-oriented and pedagogical
  • Structured and meticulous
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
