About the role:

As an IT Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the operation, management, and further development of customers' Microsoft-based IT environments. You work operationally with daily delivery while driving improvements in security, automation, and efficiency.

You will become a key contact person for a selected number of customers and are expected to take overall responsibility for the delivery rather than working within narrow areas of responsibility. The role involves close collaboration with internal resources, external partners, and the customers' businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Operational management and administration of Microsoft environments
• Work within Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID
• Ensure stable operations, secure configuration, and continuous improvement
• Handle incidents, change requests, and operational delivery
• Customer and service responsibility for selected clients
• Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers
• Automation and efficiency improvements using tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• Proactive work with security, identity, and access management
• Participate in improvement initiatives and provide technical advisory services to customers

We are looking for you who:

Have several years of experience in IT operations, consulting, or operational IT delivery and feel confident in modern Microsoft environments. You have worked broadly within operations, user management, security, and automation and thrive in a role where you take significant responsibility.

You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working closely with customers and business operations. At the same time, you are unpretentious and appreciate working in a smaller team where people help each other and share responsibility for the delivery.

As a person, you are social, engaged, and practical. You enjoy solving problems, prioritizing correctly, and creating security for customers through high quality and good service.

It is an advantage if you have experience with Microsoft Defender, Zero Trust, Conditional Access, or work in regulated businesses and security-controlled environments.
