We are at the beginning of an exciting journey and are now looking for a flexible and engaged receptionist who wants to help create memorable experiences for our guests – both at Slottsholmen and Västervik City Hotel.

At our hotel, the reception is the heart of the operation. This is where guests get their first impression, their best tips about the city, and the service that makes them want to return. Therefore, we are looking for someone who loves meeting people, adapts easily to different situations, and learns new things quickly.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solution-oriented, and notice the details that make a difference. One moment you are helping a guest with check-in, the next you are handling a booking, answering the phone, or supporting your colleagues where needed.

Preferred: Experience within the hospitality industry.

If we find the right candidate, there is a great chance of a permanent position after the summer.
