We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our lovely team and work as a personal assistant in a rural environment for our male client just after Bankekind.

What does this position entail?

You will work according to the client's needs. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with personal hygiene.
• Cooking.
• Household cleaning.
• Assisting the client with exercise routines.
• Transfers using a turner (lifting device).

Working hours vary with split shifts during the times 08:00–12:45 and 14:15–18:00/21:20. Work is performed on weekdays and public holidays.

The client lives in the countryside just after Bankekind along Road 34. It is approximately a 25-minute drive from Linköping Central Station. He lives there with his wife, two dogs, and cats.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We appreciate that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while maintaining a professional demeanor.

We are also looking for substitutes for the client during the summer and in case of absence within the group.

We would like you to:

• Not be allergic to fur-bearing animals or afraid of dogs and cats.
• Have access to a driver's license and a car to commute to work.
• Have a genuine interest in helping others.
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, and weekends.
• Have experience in care and social services (a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional Information

• Employment type: Fixed-term for the duration of the assistance assignment.
• Scope: Approximately 40%.
• Working hours: 08:00–12:45, 14:15–18:00/21:20.
• Start date: Onboarding starts immediately, schedule for the position begins in week 29.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
