About the Role
As an IAM Sales Specialist, you are responsible for developing and strengthening strategic customer relationships, with a particular focus on modern identity and access solutions (IAM). You are responsible for growing the business by combining business acumen with a deep understanding of the customer's security needs. The role involves leading complex sales processes that often cover multiple solution areas, such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and network security.
You work closely with customers, acting as a strategic advisor in their security journey. The role also includes representing the company at industry events, among others. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take a leading role within the group of Sales Specialists.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has a strong ability to translate complex technology into business value. You thrive in customer meetings and have the ability to build long-term relationships at all levels within an organization. You are analytical, communicative, and have the ability to understand the customer's challenges. To thrive in this role, we believe it is important to have a genuine interest in technology and digital transformation and to enjoy collaborating with your colleagues.
Requirements
- Documented deep expertise in the security field – with a focus on IAM solutions
- Experience working with strategic customer accounts
- Ability to conduct advisory dialogues at the C-level
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA/IDG)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background from larger international security companies or system integrators
- Certifications or documented knowledge in IAM/PAM solutions
- Experience leading teams or driving sales methodologies

Start Date: According to agreement
Employment Type: Permanent position where you are employed directly by Clavister.
Location: Stockholm
