On the Geriatric Acute Care Unit 82, we care for elderly patients with varying medical conditions, often presenting with multiple comorbidities. Our work is characterized by a genuine interest in elderly patients and a warm, person-centered approach.

• Discharge coordinators and unit coordinators who support nurses with administrative tasks, ensuring you have the time and focus to dedicate to patient care.

Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied and developmental role where you will, among other things:

• Be responsible for nursing care, medication management, and care planning.
• Work closely with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Mentor students and new colleagues.
• Actively contribute to improvement work and development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and share our interest in working with elderly patients. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. As a person, you are:

• Receptive, responsible, and confident in your interactions.
• A team player who appreciates working in a team with a strong sense of community.
• Interested in contributing to both patient care and a positive work climate.
