GOveteran is now looking for a highly experienced sales professional.

This role is for you if you have worked extensively in sales.

You have built strong customer relationships.

You have prospected.

You have booked meetings.

You have closed deals.

You have worked towards budgets and results.

You have a proven track record in proactive B2B sales.

We are now looking for someone who wants to use that experience for something greater than just another sales target.

At GOveteran, you do not just work in sales.

You help change the perception of age, competence, and experience in the Swedish labor market.

Since its founding in 2005, GOveteran.se has worked daily to create jobs for seniors, highlight the value of experience, combat age discrimination, and help companies and individuals gain access to experienced talent.

At the same time, you build businesses, customer relationships, and a local network of experienced retirees who wish to continue working.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and new customer acquisition
  • Scheduling and conducting customer meetings
  • Sales to companies, housing associations (BRF), and private customers
  • Relationship building and follow-up
  • Recruitment and contact with retirees who want to work
  • Matching customers with senior talent
  • Local development of the business

We are looking for someone who

  • Has documented extensive sales experience
  • Has worked with proactive B2B sales
  • Is confident in customer dialogues and negotiations
  • Is self-driven and business-minded
  • Enjoys building relationships and networks
  • Wants to contribute to changing the perception of the 50+ age group in the workplace

It is an advantage if you have long experience in staffing, recruitment, proactive service sales, relationship sales, or building local businesses.
