We are looking for a driven and curious junior doctor who values good patient encounters and wants to continue developing in their professional role.

Mikaeli Primary Health Care Centre is located in the western part of Örebro and is a well-functioning smaller centre with just over 8,100 registered patients. Here, the multicultural and traditional society meet, and the area is characterized by a mix of apartments, villas, and small houses. The centre features a doctor's office, specialist nurse clinics, physiotherapy, child health services, and psychosocial competence. We are responsible for a broad mandate within primary care and work closely together in a team with high competence and good morale.

As a junior doctor with us, you will become part of a supportive work team where the patient's needs are always at the center. You will have the opportunity to develop in a broad and varied practice, where you meet patients of all ages with many different medical issues.

In the role of junior doctor with us, you will have a varied and educational assignment within primary care. After an introductory period, you will have your own clinic with both scheduled and acute patient visits, always with close support from experienced colleagues. You will have scheduled time for supervision, medical discussions, and collegial support to develop in your professional role. The work involves broad patient contact and good opportunities to deepen your clinical skills in a practice with a strong focus on quality and development.

Fixed-term employment for 6 months. Full-time. Daytime, Monday–Friday.

• Completed medical education and classified by the National Board of Health and Welfare as a junior doctor with permission to work within Swedish healthcare.
• Swedish language skills corresponding to level Swedish C1. The work involves continuous dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other operations, which requires good ability to communicate in Swedish both orally and in writing.
• Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

As a person, you are confident in yourself and find it easy to collaborate with different professions. The work requires that you can make your own decisions, work independently, and at the same time contribute to good teamwork. You are engaged, curious, and see learning and constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You have good judgment, good communication skills, and can plan and organize your work in a structured way.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
