Welcome to a growing company and to Peab's Region Operations and Maintenance Department North. If you find the idea of road maintenance and operations, where we perform various tasks depending on the season, interesting, then this might be the job for you.

The work is varied and will include both office work and fieldwork along our roads.

We offer you a broad and developing role with independent responsibility. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. Our goal is for you to be able to step into leading roles in the future.

Your tasks will consist of planning, coordinating, developing, and following up on projects. The role also includes handling operation reports, GPS equipment, and other administration. You will assist the site management in all parts of the project.

You will work on projects we carry out throughout the Heby operation area.

You have excellent IT skills and an eye for reading and interpreting documents and records. You likely have a technical education and the drive to build a career with us, where only you set the limits for where it can lead.

A valid driver's license for a passenger car is required.

We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. You are meticulous, take personal responsibility, have drive, and the willingness to take initiative. We value your commitment, teamwork skills, and service-oriented attitude.

On-call work and road monitoring duties are included in the role after an introductory period and once you have gained more experience in the job.

The location of employment is Heby.
