About the role: As a solar panel installer, you will work together with a installation team to install solar panels based on our designs and selected mounting systems. You will start from home and work with customers at various locations. The work takes place outdoors year-round, provided there is no safety risk. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building scaffolding, wiring, constructing mounting systems, and installing solar panels.
• Setting up and configuring inverters via Wi-Fi.
• Physically demanding work in outdoor environments.

Start date: According to agreement

Location: Flexible region (state preference in your application)

Salary: According to agreement

Who are you? We are looking for you who have at least 2 years of work experience in craft trades, including but not limited to solar panel installer, roofer, carpenter, or sheet metal worker.

You have a B driver's license and can communicate fluently in Swedish. You thrive in a team environment and value collaboration to create a positive work atmosphere. Good technical understanding and a service-oriented attitude towards customers are essential. Experience with solar panel installation is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in craft trades.
• B driver's license.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Advantageous with training in fall protection and/or scaffolding construction.
