We are now looking for you who want to work full-time in 2-shifts as a production worker in the construction industry. You do not need to have worked with concrete before – we are looking for you with the right attitude, drive, and engagement.

You will work in a modern factory environment where walls and building components made of concrete for residential buildings and other properties are manufactured. Here, you will become part of a tightly knit team where quality, safety, and collaboration are at the center.

In this role, you will work practically in production with tasks such as casting, reinforcement, finishing, and inspection of finished building components. The work is performed both manually and with the support of machinery and tools. Reading drawings and attention to detail are a natural part of everyday life, as is following clear routines for quality and working environment.

The position is full-time and the work is carried out according to a 2-shift system. The work is physical and suits you who enjoy being active during the workday.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the manufacturing of concrete building components
• Perform practical tasks such as casting, reinforcement, and finishing
• Work according to drawings, instructions, and safety routines
• Ensure quality in daily production work
• Collaborate with colleagues for an efficient and safe workflow

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You can work independently when required, but you also thrive in teams where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. You have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing and find it easy to absorb instructions, routines, and safety regulations.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You see what needs to be done and take responsibility for your work. Above all, you have a desire to learn, develop, and contribute long-term in the role.

Previous experience from construction, industry, or production is meritorious, as is experience with concrete work, crane operator license, or concrete training – but not a requirement. For us, the right attitude is more important than a perfect CV.
