About the Position

We are now looking for an air source heat pump installer/refrigeration technician for a varied and technical role within installation and assembly. Montico handles this recruitment for P&V Ventilation, and the position is a permanent full-time role with day shifts.

In the role of heat pump technician/refrigeration technician, you will work with the assembly, installation, and commissioning of air source heat pumps as well as refrigeration machines connected to the company's ventilation solutions. The work is both practical and customer-facing, where you become a vital part of delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable installations with high quality.

Job Description

In this position, you are responsible for the installation, connection, and commissioning of air source heat pumps and refrigeration machines, primarily in connection with installed ventilation units. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, where attention to detail and technical understanding are crucial for the final result.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Assembly and installation of air source heat pumps
• Installation of refrigeration machines to ventilation units
• Commissioning and functional checks
• Troubleshooting and simpler maintenance when needed
• Documentation of completed work
• Contact with customers on-site

We are looking for you who have a technical interest and thrive in a practical role where quality and safety are in focus. You are careful, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating, while also being able to work independently.

We would prefer that you have:

• Education or experience within refrigeration technology, heat pumps, or plumbing/HVAC
• Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Experience in assembly and installation is an advantage
• Ability to work in a structured and quality-conscious manner
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
