About the role – Experienced Crane Operator

As a crane operator, you are responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials and components using cranes and other lifting equipment. You work closely with colleagues in production and maintenance to ensure flow, working environment, and quality in our processes. The role requires attention to detail, communication skills, and a strong safety mindset.

Tasks and responsibilities – Production & logistics management

• Operate cranes and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently

• Loading, unloading, and internal transport of materials according to established procedures

• Secure lifts through correct lashing, rigging, and use of appropriate accessories

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize flows and minimize downtime

• Perform daily inspections of cranes and report deviations or maintenance needs

• Follow occupational health and safety regulations and actively contribute to the company's safety work

• Document lifting activities and report incidents or near-misses

Qualifications and experience – Crane Operator

• Valid crane license is required

• Experience with crane operation in industry or warehousing is advantageous

• Experience with rigging and safe lifting, as well as knowledge of various lifting devices

• Good understanding of safety routines and occupational health and safety regulations

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

• Good ability to follow instructions, drawings, and work orders

• Forklift license is advantageous

• Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting

Employment type and working hours – Industry & production

• Fixed-term employment with possibility of extension or permanent position depending on needs

• Full-time; working hours can be day shift or according to roster (day/evening/night/weekend) depending on department
