Your Responsibilities

As a Delivery Coordinator at Siemens Energy, you are responsible for ensuring the material flow to their order projects and gas turbines worldwide. The role involves close collaboration with several departments within the company, and you will become a key link between projects, warehouse, and logistics.

In this role, you will:

  • Order, monitor, and coordinate deliveries of materials, tools, and instruments.
  • Ensure that the right materials are sent to the right destination on time.
  • Work with export and import-related issues.
  • Manage and follow up on warehouse flows.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization.
  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate activities related to deliveries.
  • Work administratively in SAP and the Office suite, primarily Excel.
  • Contribute to improvements and development of working methods and processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-minded, and thrives in a role where you take responsibility and work solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating with others but are also self-reliant and proactive.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Have good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have experience in administrative work, logistics, or coordination.
  • Are accustomed to working in multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Are comfortable with both digital and physical meetings.
  • Are positive, driven, and solution-oriented with good teamwork skills.
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Are communicative, curious, and engaged in learning and developing.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Previous experience in export/import logistics.
  • Experience with warehouse flows or material handling.
