We are currently looking for an IT professional with second-line support experience who wants to work on an exciting assignment at a foundation in central Stockholm.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest, driven by working with new technology and keeping up with industry developments. You thrive in a broad role where you independently manage the IT environment and provide professional IT support to users. As a consultant, it is important that you can collaborate constructively with others and deliver on time.

We are looking for someone with experience working in Microsoft Exchange 365 and good knowledge of infrastructure and Windows clients. You have solid experience working as a second-line support technician in the IT field. We prefer that these experiences have been acquired in recent years.

For this role, you must have worked for at least 2–3 years with the following:

• Systematic troubleshooting
• Working in case management systems
• End-user support
• Microsoft environment
• Active Directory (AD)

You have at least a high school diploma and preferably a good technical education thereafter. The position also requires fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.
