As a Service Advisor at Werksta Sollefteå, you will become a crucial link between the customer, the workshop, and our internal teams. You will work in a dynamic workshop environment where customer service, quality, and efficiency are at the center. The role involves coordinating repair cases, providing professional advice to customers, and ensuring that the work flows smoothly throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

  • Reception and handling of customers on-site, via phone, and email, as well as booking and planning service and repair cases.
  • Receive vehicles, document damages, create work orders, and communicate clear work proposals and cost estimates to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with workshop technicians, the service manager, and parts/purchasing to ensure the right materials and an efficient workflow.
  • Follow up on ongoing cases, update the customer on status, and plan the delivery/return of vehicles.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and contribute to improvement work and routines for high customer satisfaction.
  • Document completed work in the workshop system and ensure correct invoicing.
  • Contribute to maintaining the workshop's routines for working environment, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or administrative work in a workshop or automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written; English is advantageous.
  • Administrative experience, good computer skills, and experience with workshop systems or similar business systems are advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A B-driver's license is advantageous depending on the scope of the tasks.
