Avonova is looking for a Sales Representative who is driven by results and wants to develop within sales. You should thrive in an energetic, fast-paced work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales and appointment setting.
In practice, this means you will be measured on your ability to identify, contact, and book meetings with decision-makers in the Swedish business sector.
Avonova is the leading provider of occupational health services in the Nordics with 1,400 employees. As an appointment setter, you will work with our product Avonova Assist, an innovative digital solution that contributes to professional employers, more engaged employees, lower sickness absence, and full control over documentation in relation to legislation. Our product is built on a proprietary system, as well as a range of services within HR, health, and working environment.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop within sales and has the ability to give that little extra to achieve good results. You have high social competence and can interact and communicate with different personality types. You are a clear salesperson with a strong work ethic! Responsibilities
A typical day involves prospecting and contacting decision-makers at companies to create new customer relationships, using our systems.
We serve the Swedish market from our sales office in Gothenburg. This is primarily done via phone, based on our proprietary sales method, which you will receive thorough training in. We also offer a unique sales training program where you receive both basic training and regular competency development in sales psychology and sales methods.

You are/have/thrive with:
- Experience in appointment setting/sales with the phone as a tool
- Working with outbound sales to new customers
- A strong drive and a desire to achieve good results
- Solution-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Experience using various computer systems and love the phone as a work tool
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
The work is performed from our office in Gothenburg. Working hours 8:00-17:00, Monday-Friday.
