Job Description

We are looking for a Material Planner with a focus on planning and coordinating material supply for complex systems and products within the defense industry. In this role, you will analyze material flows, evaluate material needs and availability, and ensure that materials are available at the right time and in the right quantities to maintain the production process.

You are responsible for the entire chain from need initiation until the materials are delivered and ready for use in production. Additionally, you will drive and execute business development projects within production in Stockholm. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes and strategies.

Profile

Since daily work can be varied, flexibility and the ability to think outside the box when facing challenges are required. As a social and outgoing person, you have advantages in this role. It is important that you are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a forward-looking attitude that underpins results. Analytical skills are crucial for interpreting data and making well-founded decisions.

Since the role involves a broad internal network, good collaboration skills, openness, and a curious attitude towards change and improvement are important traits.

Competencies

• A BSc in production, logistics, or production planning.
• Previous experience with IFS is a plus.

Security Clearance

The assignment may be subject to defense secrecy, which implies requirements for Swedish citizenship and approval of a security investigation conducted by the authorities.
