Job Description

Do you, like us, believe that doing the right thing should be easy? Do you want to help our customers move their management systems from dusty binders in the attic to becoming a living and integrated support within the organization?

As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to help our customers with various types of quality- and process-related tasks, such as:

• Building new or improving existing processes
• Establishing new management systems
• Implementing processes together with process owners
• Conducting training sessions
• Performing audits
• Working with quality-related processes such as changes and deviations.

You will work with many different contact points at our customers and are expected to be proactive in your daily work. Most of our assignments take place at the customer's site, so you must be able to balance being part of and actively contributing to our section while working on-site.

Who are we?

Our Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) section consists of approximately 20 employees in Mälardalen, Malmö, and Gothenburg. Our team ranges from newly graduated to senior professionals, possessing broad competence in quality, compliance, and business development. We work with products throughout their entire lifecycle or processes across the entire organization in various industries.

Qualifications

You are trustworthy and have the ability to quickly adapt to new environments, industries, and products. You are independent and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to share your knowledge. We hope you will learn as much from us as we will learn from you!

You also have:

• 3–8 years of experience in quality-related tasks
• A relevant university degree or Master of Science in Engineering
• Experience working with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 27001, or 45001 in a manufacturing organization or within a municipality or region

Of course, you are meticulous and quality-conscious with a touch of pragmatism, and you have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We value knowledge and experience in supplier management, change or deviation handling, and the application of audits.
