As a nursing assistant at Forenede Care, you work to provide excellent care, service, and support to our clients.

We are currently looking for new nursing assistants for the home care service Njord Hemvård in Uppsala. Here, you will have competent and coaching managers who support and develop you in your role as a nursing assistant and in your professional growth at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the role of nursing assistant, you will perform care and support based on the client's wishes and in accordance with current decisions on personal assistance, with a strong focus on quality. Tasks include personal hygiene, assistance with meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may involve conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and exercise training.

We are currently seeking a colleague for a part-time evening position, permanent employment with a probationary period. The employment rate is 60–75% with a start date as soon as possible.

To be considered for the position, you must provide a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant, as well as good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Previous experience within home care is considered an advantage.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register for "Work in the home with elderly and persons with disabilities." If requested, you must also present a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
