We are looking for a flexible and service-oriented Sales Assistant (13%) who wants to strengthen the team during evenings, weekends, and peak seasons. This role is perfect for you if you are studying or have other commitments and want to work part-time in an active and developing retail environment.

As a Sales Assistant, you will become an important part of the store's operations during our busiest times. You will contribute to customers having a positive experience while supporting the team in sales efforts and daily operations.

What you will be working with

Sales and Customer Service
• Proactively engage with customers and contribute to sales on the shop floor.
• Provide excellent and professional service, ensuring customers find the right products.
• Contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales targets through proactive selling.
• Use product knowledge to guide customers, recommend relevant products, and drive upselling.
• Participate in campaigns, seasonal activities, and priority sales areas.

Store Operations
• Maintain store standards and ensure excellent product presentation.
• Perform daily routines to keep the store clean, organized, and ready for sales.
• Restock products, check prices, and execute campaigns.
• Assist with goods receiving, unpacking, and organizing in the warehouse.
• Work at the cash register when needed and follow established procedures.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and orderly workplace.

Collaboration and Communication
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments in the store.
• Participate in meetings, training, and store activities.
• Share knowledge and contribute to colleagues' development.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team spirit.
