Stopover Reception Supervisor Falkenberg (Maternity Leave Substitute)

We are now looking for our next Stopover Reception Supervisor

As our Stopover Reception Supervisor, you will become a central figure in daily operations. Your responsibilities range from ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs and handling bookings and inquiries, to guaranteeing a welcoming and hassle-free experience for every guest. The majority of the role will be operational to ensure delivery.

To succeed in this role, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.

Your to-do list would look something like this:

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest, where every interaction strengthens our brand.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries efficiently to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team with the resources they need to deliver on our guest promise.
• Monitor and manage relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for your department.
• Ensure optimal workload distribution and scheduling for efficient daily operations that benefit our guests.
• Be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees.
• Integrate sustainability into our daily work and contribute to responsible actions.
