We at Unique Consulting have the honor of helping our client – a brand-new restaurant venture in Ullared – build their dream team!

Our client has created a fantastic meeting place in the heart of Ullared. Under one roof, they have built a unique environment featuring a vibrant ice cream bar, a lively restaurant, and a cozy, welcoming bar. The atmosphere is top-notch, the pace is fast, and the guest is always the absolute focus.

Now they are opening their doors, and we are looking for a star team that wants to help shape the restaurant culture from the very start! These positions are direct hires with our client.

We are currently looking for:

1. Waiter / Waitress (Service Staff)

Do you love providing world-class service? As part of the service team, you will move smoothly between the restaurant, the bar, and the ice cream bar.

• Your responsibilities: Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the environment is clean and inviting.
• Who are you? You are stress-resistant, outgoing, and have a natural smile. Experience in restaurants or bars is a big plus, but your attitude is most important. (Requirement: Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol).

2. Kitchen Staff (Chefs & Kitchen Assistants)

Do you have a passion for good food and want to work in a brand-new, fresh kitchen?

• Your responsibilities: Preparation, cooking, and plating of the menu. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food at a fast pace.
• Who are you? You have an eye for detail, are strict about hygiene, and thrive in a team environment. We are looking for both those with chef training/experience and those who want to take the next step as a kitchen assistant.

3. Dishwasher – The Heart of the Kitchen

Without a functioning dishwashing station, nothing works! We are looking for you who are the backbone of the restaurant.

• Your responsibilities: Handling dishes efficiently, keeping order in the kitchen, and supporting the kitchen staff as needed.
• Who are you? You are efficient, meticulous, and enjoy physical work at a fast pace. You are a team player who spreads good vibes within the group.
