The position is primarily based as an operations manager/team leader at Vinhuset, with broad responsibility for the daily operations and the team's work at both Vinhuset and Sinnenas Spa.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an operations manager at Vinhuset, you play a central role in the business, both at Vinhuset and Sinnenas Spa, and are a key person in ensuring smooth operations and a first-class guest experience.

The work is varied and covers all tasks at Vinhuset, where you switch between operational work and team leadership. You lead and distribute work within the team, adjust staffing and resources based on occupancy, and ensure that service, quality, and flow work well regardless of pace or time of day.

The position involves working both morning and evening shifts, with evening shifts occurring regularly.

ABOUT YOU

You have a strong sense of service and thrive in an environment where food and drink are the focus. You preferably have a background from a restaurant or similar business, rather than spa, health, or fitness.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in leading and distributing work within a team
• Is flexible and thrives in a changing daily routine
• Has the ability to maintain calm and structure even when the pace is high
• Is solution-oriented and self-driven
• Has a genuine interest in food and drink
• Has experience from restaurants, bars, or similar environments

FACTS

• Scope: 80–90%
• Employment type: Permanent (6-month probationary period)
• Weekend work: Every other weekend (can involve Fri–Sat, Sat–Sun, or Sun–Mon)
• Start: Immediately
• Location: Ästad, Tvååker

ABOUT ÄSTAD VINEYARD

Ästad Vineyard is one of Sweden's largest vineyards with organic viticulture and its own production, primarily of the Solaris grape with a focus on sparkling wine. The estate features 82 hotel rooms, Sinnenas Spa inspired by the surrounding beech forests in the Åkulla Nature Reserve, and Restaurant ÄNG, awarded one star in the Michelin Guide.

Ästad Vineyard is a family-owned business in its third generation, just outside Varberg. In the coming years, a new sister hotel is also planned outside Malmö.
