Then a job as a receptionist with us might be for you! We are currently looking for receptionists for our accommodation receptions.

About the role
As a receptionist with us, you will be among the first people our guests meet, making you an important part of creating a positive experience of their stay. Your duties will include check-in and check-out, handling bookings, answering phones, and providing information and service to our guests regarding both the accommodation, the department store, and its surroundings.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests, providing service and information, both in person and via phone/email.
• Ensuring a consistent and high level of service and quality for the guest.
• Checking guests in and out.
• Upselling events and activities.
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints.
• Working according to fire and safety routines (locks, alarms, and personal data).
• Collaborating and communicating with relevant persons and departments, both internally and externally.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who are a positive and service-oriented person with a natural ability to make other people happy. You are flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain your composure even in stressful situations. You have good computer skills, and experience from working in a reception or within customer service is an advantage but not a requirement. Personal suitability is of great importance. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

A valid Category B driver's license is required.

Working hours: Working hours vary and may be scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Scope: Part-time

Duration: Employment during the summer season with a possibility of extension into autumn.
