ICA Banken in Borås is looking for a Customer Manager who enjoys creating value for the customer and taking overall responsibility for the customer's entire personal finance portfolio regarding borrowing, saving, paying, and insuring. About the role of Customer Manager for Mortgages and Personal Finance
As a Customer Manager, you facilitate mortgage loans and thrive on our customer meetings via phone and digital channels. In a professional manner, you guide customers through their entire personal finance situation, creating added value for them. You package and offer holistic solutions within ICA Banken that are adapted to the customer's needs throughout different life stages to give the customer a better tomorrow. You will maintain a business focus in every customer contact and be attuned to customers' needs by creating tailored solutions.

Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who thrives in customer contact and has a strong business focus. You see digital tools as natural aids in your work and are driven by innovation; you are motivated by finding new ways of working with a focus on digitalization. As a proactive person, you appreciate independent work but also value teamwork. You communicate well both orally and in writing in Swedish, are responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and have an interest in the mortgage business.
We expect you to have previous experience within banking or finance, as well as a burning interest in personal finance. You have the ability and enjoy communicating the right offer to the customer. You also have the ability to absorb and structure complex information and convey it pedagogically.
As a Customer Manager, you are an important part of the customer's financial journey. You meet our customers via phone and digital channels and help them find the right solutions regarding mortgages, savings, payments, and insurance. You help customers create sustainable solutions for borrowing, saving, paying, and insuring – adapted to their needs and life situation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitating mortgages and creating secure customer relationships
- Handling incoming cases from our digital loan flows
- Working in a business-like manner and identifying customer needs
- Contributing to high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
- Participating in the development of working methods and customer experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Upper secondary education
- Experience from banking or finance
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Swedsec license for mortgages
Advantageous qualifications include:
- IDD insurance distribution
- Fund information services
