As a Receptionist at First Camp, you play a central role in creating the warm atmosphere and smooth service that our guests remember and appreciate. You are often their first meeting with us – and a key person who makes their stay both welcoming and enjoyable.

What does the role involve?

As a receptionist, you are our face to the outside world and play an important role in ensuring that guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. You handle check-in and check-out, provide information and service to guests, assist with bookings, and drive sales in our shop.

Although your main tasks are in the reception and shop, we would appreciate it if you were flexible and could support other areas when needed. At First Camp, we always work based on the guests' needs and find common solutions to the challenges that may arise.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have previous experience in customer service, preferably in reception or a similar role. Relevant education is an advantage but not a requirement.

You are organized, have an eye for detail, and meet every guest with warmth, even during periods of high tempo. With a positive and helpful attitude, you are the one who always offers yourself and considers the best for the team. We would appreciate it if you have a sense of humor and a light-hearted attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment.

To meet our guests in the best possible way, you need to master both Swedish and English without difficulty, which is important to ensure clear and smooth communication with both Swedish and international guests.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20–40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the Hotel and Restaurant Union's collective agreement.
