About the role

As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play a vital role in ensuring the overall experience in our customers' facilities. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily be responsible for cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise, such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant maintenance.

The position is full-time, fixed-term for weeks 26 to 34, with the possibility of extension. We may also be looking to hire part-time employees at a lower percentage.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high service level, a good overview of your cleaning area, and the ability to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in a group.

We would appreciate it if you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language and are a Swedish citizen, as this is a customer requirement. A high school education is required.
