About the role

As a Field Application Engineer, you will have a role in the development of our dispensing processes and technical solutions. You will work closely with production, development, and projects, becoming a key link between technology, process, and global collaboration.

The role involves close collaboration with our other production sites around the world, where you contribute your specialist expertise and help ensure common working methods, technical standards, and continued development of our processes. Since the collaboration is global, travel is also included in the position, giving you the opportunity to work close to the operations on-site in different parts of the world.

You report to the Director of Projects & Development and become an important part of our technology and development team.

You will among other things:

• Develop and optimize dispensing processes and applications
• Support the startup and implementation of new equipment in our new production facilities
• Work closely with production, projects, and R&D on technical issues
• Collaborate with our global production sites to create common standards and working methods
• Contribute to technical projects from idea to industrialization
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve processes to ensure stable and efficient production
• Be a key person in bringing new technology and smart solutions into the business

Who are you?

Background and experience

We believe you have a technical background, preferably from production, automation, process development, or a similar environment where you have worked close to machines, flows, and technical solutions. You may have an engineering profile or have built your competence practically in the industry; the important thing is that you have a practical technical understanding and like to turn ideas and knowledge into working solutions in production.

Your personality

You are a technician with curiosity and a strong drive for problem-solving. When something doesn't work, you are not satisfied with a quick fix; you want to understand why and how it can be improved.

You are also somewhat of a "thorough" person who:

• Enjoys unraveling problems until you find the root cause
• Thrives in an environment where everything is not pre-packaged
• Has a practical, hands-on approach to technology
• Is unpretentious, communicative, and collaborates easily with others
• Has the ability to switch between detailed focus and a holistic perspective
