Restaurant Ansia is beautifully located along the Ume River. The large panoramic windows allow our guests to enjoy the magical view while savoring the delicious food. The interior features clean wooden styles with comfortable leather cushions on the chairs. The atmosphere in the venue is further enhanced by the high ceiling and the natural light entering through the crown of the tent. The character makes Restaurant Ansia a popular place for conference groups, lunch guests, as well as weddings and corporate parties. At Restaurant Ansia, we serve breakfast buffets, exquisite lunches, and classic dinners with a Northern Swedish theme. We also work with winter tourism, delivering food for activities in nature.

Our goal is clear – to become the world's leading camping chain. An important part of the experience for our guests is, of course, that they receive good and easily accessible food. We want to create lunches with that little extra and evenings with a golden touch – perhaps it is you who wants to contribute by greeting guests in our bistros?

We always work with the guest experience in focus, and therefore flexibility is important. You are ready to support other areas when needed. Together, we work to make the guests' visits a positive and memorable experience.

As a cook, you work together with the team in the restaurant, where you become an important part of working with service and having good internal and external hospitality. You are responsible for preparing dishes that fit our restaurant's profile. You must be meticulous in all parts of the role and able to work at a high pace, with knowledge of food safety and kitchen economics. It also includes taking care of dishes and cleaning to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

We see that you have good experience in the restaurant industry with education in hotel and restaurant. You should have an open and positive personality!

Full-time – Permanent employment. Working hours include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the Hotel and Restaurant Union's collective agreement.
